主旨:函轉臺北市政府兵役局辦理112年「青年職場體驗營」活 動訊息
說明:
一、依臺北市政府兵役局112年6月8日北市兵徵字第1123005677 號函及辦理。
二、為使役男能先期掌握未來就業方向,該局依據「臺北市112 年推動役男就業輔導服務實施計畫」辦理辦理旨揭活動, 體驗營中安排靈活多元的課程,並藉由專業指導及自身體 驗,使役男即早確立職場目標,蓄積實戰經驗。
三、體驗營參加對象為設籍臺北市且尚未履行兵役義務役男 (在學或尚未接獲徵集令之待役役男均可報名參加),有 意參加役男可至兵役局網站「役男就業輔導服務專區」線 上報名,詳細開班資訊請參考附件宣導資訊。

Academic Year 115 Dorm Application Announcement (Current residents)
一、 115學年宿舍申請行事曆:
I. Schedule for dorm application of academic year 115:
(一)115年4月23日(星期四)9時起至115年4月29日(星期三)12時止上網申請宿舍。
1.Online Application: 9 AM, Apr 23rd, 2026 (Thursday) to 12 PM, Apr 29th, 2026 (Wednesday).
(二)115年5月6日(星期三)11時抽籤,115年5月8日(星期五)17時開放網路查詢床位結果。
2. Lots Drawing: 11 AM, May 6th 2026 (Wednesday)results will be available for checking online at 5 PM on May 8th 2026 (Friday).
二、宿舍申請方式:

宿舍申請採網路報名申請,網址:http://wac.kmu.edu.tw(D.2.0.01n宿舍申請)【未於規定時間內申請者,不予受理。】

⚠️設籍於本校周遭可通勤地區者不得申請宿舍,惟剩餘床位時足夠始得申請候補(候補申請時間預計為8月中以後,有需求者請密切注意宿舍公告)。
⚠可通勤地區為【新興區、前金區、苓雅區、鹽埕區、鼓山區、前鎮區、三民區、楠梓區、左營區、鳳山區】。
三、宿舍抽籤方式:
於115年5月6日(星期三)上午11點於學務處會議室抽籤,以公開方式抽出(有意願見證抽籤過程的同學可於上述時間到場參加)。

Lots will be casted publicly in the meeting room of Office of Student Affairs at 11 AM on May 6th 2026 (Wednesday).Students who want to witness the drawing process can attend at the above time.
四、公告方式及日期:
床位錄取名單訂於115年5月8日(星期五)17時開放網路查詢。

五、申請資格及宿舍分配之優先順序:
宿舍分配之優先順序按申請者指定之宿舍,並依下列順序分配宿舍,床位不足,則抽籤分配之:
V. Application Qualification and Priority for Dorm Allocation:
Priority for dorm allocation is based on the dorm designated by the applicant. The dorm will be allocated on the basis of the following order and processed by drawing lots if the beds are not sufficient.
(一)政府立案之低收入戶、中低收入戶子女與現役軍人子女。
(I.) Children of low-income and middle-low-income households registered with the government and children of active duty military personnel.
(二)學務處審核證明文件通過之身心障礙生或身體患有重大疾病者。
(II.) Students with disabilities or major illnesses certificates verified by the Office of Student Affairs.
(三)教務處審核通過之優秀高中生、離島養成教育公費生及原住民地方養成教育公費生。
(III.)Outstanding high school students, government-funded students from offshore education programs, and indigenous government-funded students from local education programs as approved by the Office of Academic Affairs.
(四)學務處審核證明文件通過之公費僑生或清寒僑生。
(IV.)Overseas Chinese students on government scholarships or financially disadvantaged overseas Chinese students, as verified by the Office of Student Affairs.
(五)遭逢天災、意外等特殊事故或其他特殊狀況,經學務處審核通過之專案核准住宿者。
(V.) Individuals affected by natural disasters, accidents, or other special circumstances, are approved for accommodation by the Office of Student Affairs.
(六)現任宿舍自治會成員及書院助理。
(VI.) Current members of the Dormitory Self-Governance Council and Assistants of the Academy of Life.
(七)經個人申請入學、繁星推薦、特殊選才、各類養成計畫公費生與各項績優或甄選、甄試 與甄審等入學管道就讀本校,且設籍於高雄市非可通勤地區之一年級新生。
(VII.) First-year students admitted through individual application, the " Star Plan" program, special talent selection, government-sponsored training programs, or other merit-based selection methods (including recommendation, examination, or review), and whose household registration is in a non-commutable area of Kaohsiung City.
(八)設籍於高雄市非可通勤地區之一年級新生及轉學生。
(VIII.)First-year students and transfer students from non-commutable areas.
(九)境外生。
(IX.)Overseas students.
(十)設籍於高雄市非可通勤地區之二年級以上在學學生。
(X.) Students above the second year whose household registration is in a non-commutable area of Kaohsiung City.
六、住宿生需遵守「宿舍輔導及管理辦法」相關規定,無法配合的同學請勿申請住宿,以免遭受處份。
VI.Residents need to comply with the Regulations on Dormitory Management and Guidance. Those who cannot comply shall not apply for the dorm, otherwise you will be punished for not following the regulations.
🚨具有特殊身份學生(例:低收入戶、中低收入戶、身障同學、現役軍人子女身分與特殊專案)需由學務處審核者,請將證明文件正本送至學務處生輔組審核,證件不全者不受理其特殊身分。(於115年4月29日前送交學務處)
🚨Students with special identity (e.g. low- income household, middle-to-low-income household, mental or physical disabilities, children of active duty military personnel or those with special cases) need verification from the Office of Student Affairs, and should provide an original of the documentary proof to Division of Student Assistance, Office of Students Affairs. Incomplete document will not be accepted. (deadline for submission: Apr 29th 2026)
七、空調與熱水管制方案:為遵守教育部節約能源政策,宿舍A館實施冷氣時段管制,住宿學生必須配合冷氣管制政策,另宿舍熱水、寢室大燈配合總務處規定辦理。
VII. Air-conditioning and hot water control: to comply with government policy to conserve energy, there will be restricted operating hours for air-conditioning system. Residents need to comply with Dorm A’s air-conditioning rationing policy. The control of the hot water and the major light in the room will be subject to the provisions of Office of General Affairs.
八、宿舍A館13樓及宿舍B館4樓為多元友善宿舍,該樓層住宿生為外籍生、姊妹校短期交流生、性別友善學生及照護宿舍學生,宿舍A館性別友善學生床位為4人房,宿舍B館性別友善學生床位為2人房及4人房,請欲申請性別友善宿舍床位之學生於115年4月29日(星期三)下午5點前親洽學務處生輔組宿舍業務承辦人提出申請。
Vlll. The 13th floor of A Dorm and the 4th floor of B Dorm are designated as Diversity-Friendly Dormitory. These floors will accommodate international students, short-term exchange students from sister schools, gender-friendly students, and students in need of care (for quarantine). All rooms on the 13th floor are four-person rooms and rooms on the 4th floor include four-person rooms and two-person rooms. Students interested in applying for a bed in the gender-friendly dormitory should submit their applications in person to the dorm manager at the Division of Student Assistance of OSA before 5 PM on April 29th, 2026 (Wednesday).
九、申請住宿期間以一學年為原則,繳費則分上、下學期繳費(上學期繳費含寒假期間),各館宿舍收費如下:

教育部辦理大專校院學生校內住宿補貼要點第四點修正規定
四、補貼方式:
(一)補貼一般學生身分每名一學期新臺幣(以下同)五千元,另低收入戶或中低收入戶學生(以下簡稱經濟弱勢生)及現役軍人子女身分每名一學期七千元。學校住宿費用低於補貼費用者,補貼費用與其住宿費用相同。
(二)一般學生不須向學校申請,由學校自動扣減住宿費,僅經濟弱勢生及現役軍人子女須提供證明文件供學校查核。
(三)住宿週數依每學期住宿學生入住週數計算,學生中途退宿超過二週未有學生遞補,學校應依實際住宿週數,按比例繳回本部。
