114-2 Mentor Guidance Skills Training Session 2-
" A Trauma-Informed Approach to Interpersonal Difficulties: Applications in Student Guidance "
近年來，童年創傷經驗的研究引發重視，童年時期經歷愈多種創傷的人，成年後罹患身體或心理疾病的機率較一般人增加，如：癌症、憂鬱症、心血管疾病、藥酒癮、自殺傾向、肥胖、壽命減短等。在童年時若遭受創傷反應或經歷重大壓力經驗，即便時間僅有數分鐘，都可能導致大腦中壓力反應系統的過敏化。亦即經歷創傷過後，會因擔心再遭遇傷害，大腦杏仁核會時時處在警覺的狀態，展現行為上會對周圍人事物時時保持警戒，觀察是否有危害，生理及心理經常處於「戰或逃或凍結」警戒狀態的「毒性壓力」狀態中。個人長期處在毒性壓力的狀況下，身心會更加耗竭。
童年創傷經驗與創傷後引發的毒性壓力也呼應目前大學生心理困擾的議題，過多負向家庭經驗或在學時期的人際經驗(師生或同儕)，不只影響產生生理心理的疾病，亦會影響情緒困擾的嚴重程度，甚至自我傷害。在因應創傷處理的議題中，「創傷知情」的概念是期盼所有人都能理解創傷如何影響人後，能用這些知識來重新看待身旁經歷過創傷者的行為、以及改變回應他們或與他們互動的做法。這次研習期待透過講師講述，以增加本校導師對於創傷概念的認識與理解創傷對於人際的影響，並提升其自助與輔導學生的創傷知情能力，並促進導師輔導學生工作之實務經驗，提昇學務工作服務品質。
**特別說明
關於老師評鑑與升等分數之獲得，其中「輔導與服務」指標計分項目，
一般導師：
須符合下列各項規定，始可計分。
1.依學務處每學期規範時程內，每位導生訪談次數達一次並按時維護導生訪談記錄(以校務資訊系統之紀錄為依據)。
2.每學期參加一次全校導師會議。
3.每學期參加一次導師輔導知能研習。
上述指出，每學期第一、第二點及第三點符合各點規定將分別計分，而每學期至少須參加一場導師輔導知能研習，才符合第三點計分條件，請各位老師踴躍參與本學期導師輔導知能研習。
*** Special Note
Regarding the evaluation and promotion scores of teachers, specifically in the "Guidance and Service" scoring category, general mentors must meet the following criteria to be eligible for scoring:
1. Conducting at least one interview with each mentee within the specified timeframe set by the Office of Student Affairs each semester, and maintaining mentee’s interview records promptly (based on records in the school’s WAC information system).
2. Attending one university-wide mentor’s meeting every semester.
3. Participating in one Mentor Guidance Skills Training Session every semester.
As stated above, fulfilling the requirements for points one, two, and three will be scored separately each semester. To meet the scoring criteria for the third point, it is required to attend at least one Mentor Guidance Skills Training Session every semester. We encourage all teachers to actively participate in the Mentor Guidance Skills Training Sessions scheduled for this semester.
