A. Qualifications
1. Hold a Ph.D. degree or possess an Academic Teaching Rank Certificate of Assistant professor or above given by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.
2. Have teaching and research experience in public health-related fields, with publications in SCI/SSCI international journals.
3. Proficiency in English teaching and ability to supervise international students.
4. Expertise in the following areas:
#1. Health and welfare policies (e.g., healthcare and long-term care policies) , health services research or health Economics
#2. Mental health, health behavior and promotion, or nutritional research
#3. Health data and big data analysis
#4. Environmental health, environmental epidemiology, occupational health, or industrial hygiene
B. Required Documents：
1. Curriculum vitae, list of publications, copies/scans of academic certificates
2. Selected publications, including full-text electronic files (up to 10 papers, no time limit).
3. Teaching statement and research project proposal for the next five years (no specific format required).
4. Three recommendation letters (no specific format required; recommenders should email the letters directly to the Department of Public Health).
5. Any other relevant materials demonstrating research potential, such as awards, special achievements, patents, highly cited papers, outstanding achievements, etc.
C. Submission Method：
1. All required documents should be sent in an electronic format (compressed file) directly to the Department of Public Health's email address (Subject of the email: Application for Faculty Position in NCKU Department of Public Health- Applicant's Name).
2. Recommendation letters should be emailed directly by the recommenders to the Department of Public Health, and they should retain the original copies. If the applicant passes the initial review, the recommenders will need to provide the original hard copies for further review.
