Qualifications:

1.MS or PhD in Polymer Chemistry with 1-3 years industrial/postdoc experience 2.Hands-on experiences in coating/adhesive formulations and processes 3.Demonstrated working knowledge in photocuring of coating/adhesives and water based emulsions/dispersion, etc. 4.Strong interpersonal, problem solving, documentation and presentation skills in both English and Chinese. 5.Working knowledge in statistic DOE, emulsion, dispersion and dye chemistry will be a big plus.
