Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled postdoctoral researcher to join our dynamic research team in the Department of Chemistry, National Tsing Hua University. The successful candidate will focus on the synthesis and characterization of ligands and metal complexes. We will utilize these metal complexes for molecular catalysis in energy-related small molecules and organic transformation. This position will be under the supervision of Prof. Yu-Heng Wang (https://www.nthuchemyhwlab.com/) and Prof. Tzuhsiung Yang.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and synthesize new ligands and metal complexes.
2. Characterize synthesized compounds using different spectroscopic techniques, such as NMR, MS, and EA.
3. Conduct the catalysis in energy-related small molecules and organic transformation.
4. Guide graduate students to complete the relevant projects.
5. Prepare and publish high-quality research papers in peer-reviewed journals.

Appointment Details:
1. Start Date: August 1, 2025
2. Duration: One year (extendable)
3. NTD $63,111/month
4. Location: Department of Chemistry, National Tsing Hua University
