Dorm Announcement
The scheduled date for temporary boarders of B Dorm to move out to H Dorm is on December 14th (Saturday) ~15th (Sunday). Boarders who need free luggage shipping, please place their luggage at the lobby of B Dorm (will be collected based on the floors at H Dorm) during 9:00 am-2:00 pm on these two days; There will be NO waiting for late-comers.
Boarders who are unable to cooperate with the shipping time, please pack the luggage in advance and seek assistance from the roommate to manage the moving.
Luggage should be packed into cartons, and be sure to wrap up tightly with owners’ names on it for recognition. Please carry valuable things along with you.
Sharpie marker, tapes, plastic rope and carts are available to be borrowed from the security at A Dorm.
The security also provides cartons with a deposit of $50/piece, which will be available from December 9th (Monday). Upon return, the deposit will be refunded once the cartons got checked as undamaged.
Students are allowed to move stuff to the H Dorm during Dec. 9th (Mon)-Dec.13th (Fri), but it will be available for living only from Dec. 14th (Sat).
