🎉 Happy Lunar New Year – Holiday Reminder

1.         The Lunar New Year holiday is approaching. Please note that many stores and restaurants will be closed during the holiday period (especially Feb. 16–19), so we recommend preparing enough food in advance.

2.         The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) has prepared free snacks for all international students during the holiday. All international students (including overseas Chinese students) are welcome to collect them.

l   Snack collection starts at 9:00 AM on Feb. 16 (Monday).

(Halal-certified food options are also available this year.)

(Available to all international students, including off-campus residents)

l   Collection Instructions

→ Report to the security desk first

→ Show your KMU student ID card & ARC for verification

Please take an appropriate amount (limited quantity; first-come, first-served)

💡 The security staff will help verify your identity — don’t forget to greet them with a festive blessing like“新年快樂 [Xīnnián kuàilè] (Happy New Year)!”

3.         The university administrative offices will be closed Feb. 16–20 and will reopen on Feb. 23.

5.         Please pay extra attention to traffic safety, as travel increases during the holiday period.
