Academic Year 111 Dorm Application Announcement (Current residents)

一、  宿舍申請行事曆：

I.           Schedule for dorm application of academic year 111:

（一）    111年4月11日（星期一）9時起至111年4月22日（星期五）17時止上網申請宿舍。

1. Online Application: 9 AM, Apr 11^th, 2022 (Monday) to 5 PM, Apr 22^nd, 2022 (Friday).

（二）    111年5月3日（星期二）10時抽籤，111年5月3日（星期二）17時開放網路查詢床位結果。

2. Lots Drawing: 10 AM, May 3^rd 2022 (Tuesday). Results will be available for checking online at 5 PM on May 3^rd 2022 (Tuesday).

二、宿舍申請方式：

II.         How to Apply

宿舍申請採網路報名申請，網址：http://wac.kmu.edu.tw。（D.2.0.01宿舍申請）【未於規定時間內申請者，不予受理。】

Online application only. For online application, go to the website: http://wac.kmu.edu.tw. (D.2.0.01. Choose the order of priority for Dorm)

Late application will not be accepted.

※設籍於本校周遭可通勤地區者不得申請宿舍，惟剩餘床位時足夠始得申請候補（候補申請時間預計為8月中以後，有需求者請密切注意宿舍公告）。

可通勤地區為【新興區、前金區、苓雅區、鹽埕區、鼓山區、前鎮區、三民區、楠梓區、小港區、左營區、鳳山區、鳥松區、大寮區】。

三、錄取名額：

（一） 本國籍大學部及研究所學生：男生38床、女生132床（含宿舍幹部37床、書院助理18床、低收及中低收及薪火32床）。

（二） 境外生（僑陸、外籍之學位生及研究生）：男生10床、女生18床（含ICDF保留床位），外籍生志願請選擇H館4種房型。

四、宿舍抽籤方式：

於111年5月3日（星期二）上午10點於學務處會議室抽籤，以公開方式抽出（有意願見證抽籤過程的同學可於上述時間到場參加）。

IV.     Method of lots drawing:

Lots will be casted publicly in the meeting room of Office of Student Affairs at 10 AM on May 3^rd 2022 (Tuesday). Students who want to witness the drawing process can attend at the above time.

五、公告方式及日期：床位錄取名單訂於111年5月3日（星期二）17時開放網路查詢。

V.        Date and Method of Announcement:

Name lists for bed admission will be available online for checking at 5 PM on May 3^rd 2022 (Tuesday).

六、申請資格及宿舍分配之優先順序：

宿舍分配之優先順序按申請者指定之宿舍，並依下列順序分配宿舍，床位不足，則抽籤分配之：

VI.      Application Qualification and Priority for Dorm Allocation:

Priority for dorm allocation is based on the dorm designated by the applicant. The dorm will be allocated on the basis of the following order and processed by drawing lots if the beds are not sufficient.

（一）  政府立案之低收與中低收入戶子女（須檢附鄉鎮區公所證明）。

1. Students with low- income household or middle-to-low-income household proof issued by government. Applicants need to provide the proof.

（二）身心障礙生（持有身心障礙卡者，由學務處審核）。

2. Students who are mentally or physically disabled. Applicants need to provide the disability card, which will be verified by the Office of Student Affairs.

（三）優秀高中生、離島養成教育公費生及原住民地方養成教育公費生（由教務處審核）。

3. Outstanding high school students and state-financed students who are from outlying island or who are indigenous. (verified by the Office of Academic Affairs)

（四）公費僑生或清寒僑生（由學務處審核）。

4. State-financed overseas Chinese students or those whose families are in strained circumstances (verified by the Office of Student Affairs).

（五）遭逢天災、意外等特殊事故，經專案核准住宿者（由學務處審核，學生不得自填此項）。

5. Residents who encounter natural disasters or accidents and are approved as special cases. (verified by the Office of Student Affairs. Students are not allowed to fill in this item on their own.)

（六）現任宿舍自治會成員及書院助理。

6. Current members of KMU Dormitory Committee and assistants from KMU Academy of Life.

（七）大一新生。

7. Freshmen of undergraduates.

（八）境外生。

8. Overseas students.

（九）專案申請或特殊狀況。

9. Approved special case or project.

七、住宿生需遵守「宿舍輔導及管理辦法」相關規定，無法配合的同學請勿申請住宿，以免遭受處份。

VII.   Residents need to comply with the Regulations on Dormitory Management and Guidance. Those who cannot comply shall not apply for the dorm, otherwise you will be punished for not following the regulations.

  ※具有特殊身份學生（例：低收入戶、中低收入戶、殘障同學與特殊專案）需由學務處審核者，請將證明文件正本送至學務處生輔組審核，證件不全者不受理其特殊身分。（於4月27日前送交學務處）

* Students with special identity (e.g. low- income household, middle-to-low-income household, mental or physical disabilities, or those with special cases) need verification from the Office of Student Affairs, and should provide an original of the documentary proof to Division of Student Assistance, Office of Students Affairs. Incomplete document will not be accepted. (deadline for submission: Apr 27^th)

八、空調與熱水管制方案：為遵守教育部節約能源政策，學校實施冷氣時段管制，住宿學生必須配合冷氣管制政策，另宿舍熱水、寢室大燈配合總務處規定辦理。

VIII.Air-conditioning and hot water control: to comply with government policy to conserve energy, there will be restricted operating hours for air-conditioning system. Residents need to comply with KMU’s air-conditioning rationing policy. The control of the hot water and the major light in the room will be subject to the provisions of Office of General Affairs.

九、申請住宿期間以一學年為原則，繳費則分上、下學期繳費(上學期繳費含寒假期間)，各館宿舍收費如下：

IX.      Application for student dormitory is on an academic year basis, meaning application is only required once every academic year. Payment, however, is done by semester, with payment for the first semester being inclusive of winter break. The dormitory fees for the respective rooms are as follows:

Dorm Fee:

* A館（校內）宿舍費用包含水、電費（冷氣為中央管制，開啟時間為週一至週五12:00 - 13:00、19:00 - 08:00；週六及週日為12:00 - 14:00、18:00 - 08:00）。宿舍熱水、空調、寢室大燈等硬體設備，依總務處規定。

*A dorm (on campus) fee includes water and electricity (AC is centrally controlled, and the available hours are Monday to Friday 12:00 pm-1:00 pm/ 7:00 pm- 8:00 am; Saturday and Sunday 12:00 pm- 2:00 pm/ 6:00 pm-8:00 am).Hot water, AC and major light in the room of the A dorm is subject to the provision of the Division of General Affairs.

*H館（校外）電力（冷氣、寢室用電）採取插卡儲值收費制。

*The electricity (AC and room electricity) fee of H Dorm (off campus) will be charged by top-up card.

十、網路收費依資訊處規定辦理。

X.         The dorm internet fee is subject to the provisions of Office of Library and Information Services.
